About mojo villas Design

Jonathan Lourie and Pimpattra  Ratchatamaneerat (Oum) have been developing villas in Phuket together for the past 12 years. From the planning stage through to turnkey delivery of the villa, both are involved in every detail of the process. They both oversee planning, architecture, design, and construction and interior design of all projects.

The married couple have a flair for developing an exceptional high standard for both their quality design and development which stems from years of travelling and being exposed to all forms of architecture. The couple share their  passion for their work, and it shows with the final result. Our designs and styles are very unique with many WOW factors that are not seen in any other villa on the island.

We always spend 20% more on our raw materials to achieve a villa not seen anywhere else. All villas are built with the most important things in mind, starting with location, through to airflow,  waterflow and most importantly people flow. Villas are built taking environmental issues into account and are built using the appropriate materials that suit the Phuket climate.

After already completing multiple projects, together with their satisfied customers, Oum and Jonathan have already created a unique place for themselves in the world of design and development. It is clear that Oum and Jonathan will more and more be considered one of the outstanding developers and builders on the island of Phuket Thailand.

Jonathan Lourie

Jonathan was born in Melbourne Australia and has been designing and developing villas since 2006 in Phuket Thailand. His passion, drive and expertise in design and development along with his commitment to his customers is the reason the company succeeds. His extensive knowledge in the industry allows jobs to be completed on time and on budget.

Pimpattra Ratchatamaneerat (Oum)

Oum was born in Trung Thailand and has always enjoyed and appreciated architecture and interior design. Her many years of international travel has given her an appreciation of all types of structures and architectures. She brings a wealth of experience to every project and often sees things that others do not. Her commitment to every project is unparalleled and her attention to detail is incredible

Bachelor of Architecture – Masters Khun At comes with a huge amount of experience in the field of architecture. He has worked on multiple projects for over 15 years. During his time with us, he has worked on various types of residential and commercial projects and has a unique ability to make every project his own. Khun At has a design philosophy and can execute his ideas into a clear, buildable design with a clear focus on ensuring the clients brief and budget are met every time. His passion for creating beautiful and well- balanced design is his secret to his success with all of our clients. His calm and down to earth demeanour make the process so much easier which in turn makes the customers feel more comfortable and cared for.
